Check out the posters and trailer for "Virados do Avesso!"

There are now a couple of posters and a trailer for Diogo's upcoming comedy film, "Virados do Avesso," which will be opening in theaters in Portugal on Thursday, November 27th.

"Virados do Avesso" ("Turned Inside Out") is a comedy in which Diogo's character, a gay man, wakes up one morning with no memory of his orientation OR his partner, who he has been with for 5 years.  Hilarity ensues as he begins to act as a single, straight bachelor who loves to party, much to the dismay of his very confused partner (played by Jorge Corrula.)  Below is the trailer for "Virados do Avesso," which has a couple of seconds that make it not perfectly suitable for work, but it needs no translation to make you laugh.  :)

Make sure to follow the "Virados do Avesso" Official Facebook Page for all the latest updates on the film, which again hits theaters in Portugal on November 27th.  No word yet if we will get a chance to see the film here in the U.S., but fingers crossed! :)

"Throwback Thursday" -- Diogo and Dreambooks

Okay, it's been WAY too long since we've had a new post here!  And while I don't actually have anything "new" to post, in honor of it being Throwback Thursday today, I thought I'd post some pictures of Diogo in an ad campaign for Dreambooks, a Portuguese digital photo book company he has been a spokesperson for since 2009.   In fact, he even did an awesome ad campaign for Dreambooks this past Christmas.

A Day with... (from 2009)

For those of you not on Facebook, Diogo posted the following picture to both his Portuguese and English pages today, saying on the pages, respectively: "Bom dia!!! Mas afinal, quantos dias é que dura o jetlag??" (Good morning!!! But after all, how many days it lasts jetlag??) and "Jet Lag!!!! Oooooouuuuchhh it hurts."

(photo courtesy of Diogo Morgado on Facebook)

It seems maybe Diogo is adjusting to being back on Portugal time after his recent trip to Los Angeles to film an episode of "Revenge" perhaps?  (There is an eight-hour time difference between the two.)   And while thankfully jet lag isn't a always a part of his daily routine, there's no doubt his days are indeed busy, even more so now, I imagine.

Picture this...

Today's "Clip of the Day" is actually going to be several "Pictures of the Day."  Hope that's okay!  :)

Obviously, many of us here only started following Diogo on his Facebook page after we saw him in "The Bible," but he has been active on social media for some time prior to that.  So, I thought it might be cool to take a look at some of the pictures he shared with fans over the past year or so, when he was "known there" in Portugal, but not to us just yet.  :)  For our lovely friends in Portugal, I thought it might be nice for you to take a look back at the photos, or just in case you missed them.

Speaking of, let's start with some pictures he posted about "The Bible" you may have missed.  Like this one he shared on Facebook, saying "On the set of The Bible Series."

(Diogo with announcer Paula Faria of Radio Latina - Luxembourg)

Diogo sat down to chat with Radio Latina during his recent trip to Luxembourg.

The wonderful Liliana translated a few snippets of cool things Diogo said in the interview, which you can find right below the link to the entire interview:

Of his role in "The Bible" --
"I don't know if “The Bible” is the most important role I ever did as an actor, but it was the biggest role I did considering what I felt by doing it."

Making of "Dreambooks" Video with Diogo!

Okay sorry for a 2nd post today so soon, but an awesome fan, Eva Lin, posted this great video of Diogo on my Diogofanfriends Facebook page, and I had to share.

It's behind the scenes of Diogo working with "Dreambooks" photo books that he referenced in the interview from today's "Clip of the Day."  This video is from 2010, so it was before the interview on "Boa Tarde" obviously, but it's a fun little video, so I wanted you all to see it.  Thanks Eva Lin!
