Eduardo tells Benedita to go to his office immediately.
He asks his secretary to compose an e-mail, but he whispers in her ear that he wants her right now.
Salvador interrupts their game of seduction, and Eduardo tells him he already knows that he took Matilde to their family home and their mother is not happy.
Salvador regrets this and goes away without saying anything more.
Eduardo turns again to Benedita, and comments that his mother should not maintain her confidence in Salvador for much longer.

Eduardo confirms to Laura that tried talking to Salvador about the fact he’ll be living with Matilde, but his brother did not seem willing to reconsider.
To gain ground, Eduardo says if he does not change his mind, he should leave the company'd management, but Laura ignores him, saying that she will have to get Salvador to reconsider.
The atmosphere is tense around the dinner table at the Aragão home. Eduardo and Andreia continue to argue and only Laura can end her son and daughter-in-law's verbal abuse.
The matriarch tells Dulce to make sure she has followed all the special instructions in cooking the food due to Teresa's illness and dietary needs.
Eduardo grumbles and asks the maid to bring back salt, refusing to eat his dinner unseasoned.
Laura thinks he means no harm.
When Margarida changes the conversation to mention a possible kidney transplant that Teresa needs to survive, the sister advises that they must first assess whether she is healthy enough to have one, and only then will the family be tested for a possible donor match.
Eduardo continues to show his lack of character because everyone realizes that he is not interested in donating a kidney to his sister if necessary.
Teresa looks aside and says that no one will be forced to donate the organ, even if they are a match.
Laura intervenes and says that this discussion isn't over, increasing the tension among all present.
Eduardo picks a fight with Andreia and prohibits her from running on the treadmill because of her pregnancy. She in return makes a point of insinuating that he is incompetent and will never be a part of the company's management, because his mother has always preferred Salvador and Teresa more.
Proud of her insult, Andreia smiles and Eduardo avenges himself by saying that she gets wrinkles when she laughs. His wife, irritated by that remark, increases the speed of the treadmill, and as Eduardo leaves the room, she begins running on it at high speed.
