Salvador, Eduardo and Teresa meet with Laura to prepare for the presentation of the new collection of shoes.  Salvador commends the work of his sister in promoting the product, but Eduardo remains more skeptical, preferring to wait to see how the sales go.  Eduardo is furthered aggravated when Laura agrees with Salvador's suggestion that the company should cut back on their use of animal skins in their shoe line as a way of making Boheme a leader in environment and animal protection within their industry.

Teresa gets a call from the hospital to inform her that she is scheduled to start dialysis within three days. Eduardo has a rare show of emotion as through teary eyes, he asures his sister that she'll be fine.  Teresa says she's tired and Salvador offers to take her home, but she says she cannot go home because she already has lunch planned with Andreia, who will be there any moment.  Eduardo is surprised because his wife did not tell him anything about this lunch.

Andreia arrives, and greets Eduardo with a kiss on the mouth, causing embarrassment to Benedita, who is also taken aback by Amdreia's friendly greeting to her.  Eduardo reminds Andreia about what  she should and should not eat at lunch, and asks Teresa to take care of his wife.

After everyone has left, Eduardo tries to downplay the awkward moments with his wife to Benedita by acting like nothing happened, and he reminds her that they have plans for later that night. Benedita is troubled, knowing that what she is doing with her boss, a married man, is wrong.

Later, Eduardo and Benedita are alone in a luxurious hotel suite, where Eduardo has planned a night to remember.
