HA! I'd definitely take "Doug Morgan" over the dreaded "HJ" name any day, but Diogo Morgado is the only (and perfect) name for you, Diogo. Besides, don't worry, pretty soon everyone will know your name and exactly how to pronounce it. :)

GOOD ONE, DOUG!!! I can soooo relate to you as I have been "blessed" with a hard-to-pronounce but ez-when-you-know-it different name too. That's why I go with my "alias" name. So, Diogo, ummm, I mean Doug Morgan, it works for me!!! ;o)
