Bravo Diogo, what an incredible film.  Not only is Diogo's writing and directing outstanding, but Rui Unas and Lúcia Moniz give subtle yet brilliant, incredibly moving performances.  Congratulations and kudos to ALL involved.

If you haven't already, you can let Diogo know what you thought of "Break" in the comments section the YouTube channel, or via his Twitter page, or on his Facebook pages -- in English or Portuguese.  And, if you haven't already, make sure you subscribe to Diogo's StoryLab YouTube Channel.  It says there that he and  the actors will be doing a live stream soon to answer a few questions about "Break," and you don't want to miss that!

Congratulations/parabéns again Diogo.  We are all so proud of you, and look forward to seeing many more behind the scenes projects from you!

UPDATED on 9/29: Check out this online chat that Diogo and Rui did today in which they discuss "Break," now posted on StoryLab's YouTube Channel.  (Please note that due to some unexpected technical difficulties, there is no audio for the first few minutes, and the chat abruptly ends at the end, but it is still a very fun, entertaining, and informative chat well worth watching.) :)

I have to say again, both Diogo and Rui's talents in "Break" blew me away, and I cannot wait to see what their next endeavor together brings.  i also think they should consider taking their comedy show on the road, hee, they are hilarious together offscreen.

  2. This website is great. I like that you keep us updated on Diogo's new projects. I thought Break was really good and I was definitely impressed since I wasn't sure what to expect. My hope is to someday see Diogo be a leading man in an American movie similar to Safe Haven or The Notebook or something like that. Not just another cheesy romantic comedy, but be in something with a lot of heart and is tasteful. He'd be perfection, I think. I wish I had influence in Hollywood to make that happen lol.

    2. Hi Sara & Diogo,
I was so touched by Diogo your performance as Jesus in the bible series. You captured the characteristics of Jesus in powerful amazing ways. I am trying to listen to this video commentary about break but the subtitles for some reason are not translating properly, its like jibberish....it worked fine for the video but not the interview....any ideas? Also I know on your blog Sara it was mentioned an email contact to send Diogo a letter of his impact in the bible series? Is there a website up yet? thanks so much! God bless you all!

    3. Hi Bella.... sorry for the confusion.... the video commentary with Diogo and Rui talking about "Break" is not subtitled or translated. There are parts where they speak in English, but that's it. Only the film itself is actually subtitled, that's why the captions on the other video are gibberish, Also, as of this time, there is no known e-mail address for Diogo still, but I will let you know if that changes. Thanks so much, Sara.
